TEMPERING
Do you need deep-frozen foods tomorrow or the day after? If so, then we can bring the products to the desired temperature in a gradual and controlled manner We call this tempering. Special rooms ensure that your goods are converted into easy-to-process products. Ideal, for example, for meat and poultry and suitable for large and small consignments. Since 2017, Vrieshuis Lagemaat has had two tempering units. Both tempering units have a thawing capacity of 10 tonnes a day. We can temper in euro format and block format with a maximum height of 2.00 metres. The tempering units are HACCP-approved and temper at a pre-specified programme. You can also read out the tempering process at any time you wish, so that we can provide you with data. In this way, for example, your products always meet the right quality requirements.
